Anti-spawnkilling system

If enemies fire upon newly-spawned players within the first g_antispawnkill seconds of spawning, the damage will be redirected back at the attacker. If the attacker manages to inflict enough redirected damage to kill themselves in the process, they get a nice "Spawnkiller!" message.

Recommended settings for g_antispawnkill is anywhere from 25%-50% of g_spawnprotect.
Anti-camping system

The semiadmin system works like the rcon system, except that semiadmins are restricted to the commands specified in g_semiadmincmds. This allows admins to delegate specific admin privileges without having to give out full rcon access.

To login, a semiadmin would type /semiadminpassword <password> to login as a semiadmin.

Semiadmins can then execute any command in g_semiadmincmds with the command /semiadmin <command>
