Got it fixed!! I think is was mp_omaha but not sure. I know it was partly cause by sv_pure 1 combined with an improperly configured map. Well, I got rid of the maps and then had to delete the wolfconfig_mp.cfg in the Bani directory to get a good reset on restart of the server.

Ok, our server is having a map change problem. When ever someone votes to change map it makes the Client load the map (like it' suppose to), then load the map again.
