.jpg does not support transparency at all and .gif does not support partial transparency. Since ET supports only .tga and .jpg image formats you should save the watermark as .tga-file with alpha channel. i changed the '2' to a '1' in my configs and that fixed my problem!
how they ever got changed to '2' i dont know but if it ever happens
again, at least i know where to look now!

here is what my etpro config showed seta cg_drawFireteamOverlay "0.2" seta cg_drawTeamOverlay "2" i also forgot to mention that i dont have a fireteam showing onscreen anymore either, i like to have the opacity set to where i can barely see it. so that is probably why it is at 0....

im not any good at gif animation so it was a flash file that
i converted into gif. thats why its a big file size!
