I've fixed the shove bug and the goldrush 'walk-through-walls'/'fall-through-map' bug. I was not able to reproduce some of the others, but the goldrush fix may have fixed them.

Unless you can tell me which version of ET Pro those were tested with, preferably with demos, I probably won't bother. A large number of them look like they're using old buggy prone physics, which has been fixed for a _VERY_ long time.

That one is MSG_SCOREBOARD_NOTEAM, and we do seem to be doing some stuff with it in the tvgame; I'll look in to fixing it so it works with other mods.

A low com_maxfps could cause warping, since less commands are actually being generated. I will look at a fix, but it may end up causing mispredictions when the framerate gets low.

There is a known bug where "weaponbank 10" causes the client to crash, which is the default binding for "0"; it's possible the binding is getting run even though you are in a menu. Try binding 0 to nothing as a temporary workaround.
