dl the medipak for the 1.1.99?

i could not find the dl of 1.1.99 on the news section. Am i missing it? or can i dl it from somewhere else. as always thanks................!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really just want to be able to create a map to play being able to do eveything like making instagib, goldrush etc. do you know how i could config everything? Could anyone please help me? I would like to create server on rtcw making as a goldrush map, and able to use pilots, spys, lts, etc. Do I need to be an administrator to do this? If so, how could I become one. Please Help
