I have Norton anti-virus, but it is not running in the background. NIS for my firewall, it is set to permit for all et.exe activity. Do not have this problem in 3.1.0. No changes to the anti-virus/firewall settings have been made.

I was playin in a 3.1.8 server last night as well and after an XP shuffle there was about 10 seconds of off and on freezing or lag. Other people in the server said it happined to them to. I also have nVidea drivers.

Ok when I do /cheaters im gettin alot of them sayin Strange in yellow. Does this mean there cheating our do I just ignore it ?

You are right im2weak4u, you can't pass or fail a vote as a Ref anymore.

I think this is a good Idea for pubs, one clip and same health as everyone else. Maybe plus one health for ever medic on your team.

Well I would upgrade the server to it, but know ET is total screwed on both of my computers. Have done 3 total installs and it still wont work.
And we are getting more and more complaints on are forums. Im just going to set the server back to 2.07.
