Nice solution AKP, it would be like saying the mp40 cant hit headshots more than once every 10 seconds to make aimbots not work. Nerf it to remove scripts o.O

I completely agree with Sphere on this. Mortar scripts are in fact like aimbots. Hitting the exact same spot every time as a human is hard to impossible (you'll always hit a bit to the right or left or whatever). I dont think one should lower recoil or decrease the rate of fire. The reason why is that now, a good sniper can shoot faster as he gets better. Lower rate of fire and lower recoil and you dont need skills anymore. Id say just up the damage a notch, let the skilled sniper rifle stay like it is other...

Dont change the rifle recoil or shooting speed. The skill in ET sniping is getting many shots off.. But for it to be more used you need to do something. I still wonder why cv op should be more used though.

Let me get this straight? Are you actually suggesting this for clanmatches? On many maps actually getting the flag is dependant on timing it just in time before spawn, now this might seem weird on publics, but in clanmatches people are actually organized, and thats why the 6 people running out toget...

Im not saying anyone actually plays battery in clanmatches, but most leagues have ramp as dynamitable and since Etpro is a competition mod..

Ramp cannot be satchelled anymore. So that leaves the Cv ops with the defenses on fuel dump and command posts - but they are very useful on fuel dump IMO for blowing the defenses.

I know that we use a cv op for Fuel Dump, every time. Very useful there as a sniper on first stage tbh. Also useful for blowing the depot defenses as that takes ages with dynamites.

Rifle nades can be dodged, but you usually get away with a lot less hp than before, I rarely die of the rifle nade if it doesnt take me by surprise.
