The name ET TV is obvious but what kinda stuff will this thing do, there should be a sticky about this

yeah, percent means out of a hundread, 200 percent just means double

like comparining 2 glasses

glass 1 is 100% glass 2 is 200% meaning glass 2 is double the size of glass 1

what about mobile health and ammo packs, engineers do /cabinets and a box appears in front of him, he constructs that and health and ammo appear, they do NOT restock over time tho, and need to be restocked manually by a medic or feild opps. they drop ammo or health onto it they would be back to back...
