rate in 7000 25000 I've never understood limiting the rate to start at 7000. By doing this, your server effectivly bans all 56k modem players. If I where caught cheating on a server by ETPro, the last thing I'd do is go on the ETPro forum and post the code that proves I was cheating... doesn't seem to make much sense.

Server: P4 2.8ghz / 1gb Ram - Running Redhat 9

CPU load on a full 18 player ETPro server runs at about 7-10%, and uses about 140mb ram.

I've had this before on an older version of ETPro. Tried to replicate it, but couldn't at the time. Only ever seen it once.

Hi DG, Thanks for the links. I took a look at those yesterday, but unless I'm having a blond moment, they are just updated installs for Q3, not ET. I admit though that I didn't download them to find out. Might have to do that tonight if I can't find an already installed copy to leech. Thanks, Alan.

Check that little Red bar next to the scope view - when that's full, your aim is going to be screwed. When it disapears, fire - your aim is then nice and steady

Thanks for all the help, I eventually managed to track it down to the set b_campaignfile setting in the ETPro config. I had a typo in that

Removed the line, and now all is working well again.
