How can I set up etpro to run from my pc as a server?

I got fed up with it, so I take etpro off my server. But now Iam hosting a tourny, I need some help on getting it to work. You cant download it, because there is no etpro folder on my site.

Can you tell me why the downloads wont work as they should?

Yes, its set to 1, and its got nothing to do with permission to access etpro folder. My etpub folder has the same set up, and it works fine with downloading.

I have added my url to the base url line, which is, www.league-of-lunatics.co.uk. I have the files that are needed to be downloaded in a folder named etpro. Yet when I restart the server, it downloads from the server host, not from my web host.

Any help?
