"bugged" demos kill replayer

I have some recorded demos that kill the replayer each time they end ... ------------- CUT HERE -------------- Version: etpro 3.2.0 Platform: Linux Signal: Segmentation violation (11) Signal code: 1 fault address: 0x14d0 Load addresses: 0x40020000 /lib/tls/libm.so.6 0x40043000 /lib/libdl.so.2 0x4004...

ast forward stops at map restarts, so you can safely ff 999 to fast forward through a warmup. Well, from my testing it does stop when the warmup ends, but sometimes 1 or 2 minutes (gametime) late ... And a second thing that is almost more drastic: If i ff 999 to skip warmup the server sends (or tri...

nice that you made a list, but imo thats completely irrelevant here ...

no normal et server would run a hunk of 384Mb and thats what the guide suggests ...

its supposed to be a fool proof guide to set up a server and no guide to set up a fool's server ...

How about my tutorial? It's foolproof! http://bsdterritory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1988 --Mortis your guide proposes to use a hunk of 384Mb for hunk? What size server are you planning? 384Mb would be enough for about 420 player slots if that was even possible. As a quick rule of thumb hunk = 48+(...

that's not so easy if you are an average windows gaming tard, a description that covers at least 3/4 of gamers.

Feature request: Demo's in directories

Although I was partially able to work around this with symlinks it would be nice to have ETTV care about subdirectories when autorecording or autoreplaying. If i for example tell ettv to start recording into subdir/demo0000 and then turn autorecord on, it will continue with demo0000 in the main dire...

dont want to open a new thread for this:

--> Is there a way to autorecord into a subdirectory within demos?

If I do: record subdir/demo0000 it works, but only for the first file, second will be created in the main directory again

ok looks good had to remove a whole lot of files - worked fine with b6 as i said --> Is there any way to tell the ettv server to not care about the _ETPRO_ONLY.pk3 files - because imo those fill up most of the space in the infostring and are always referenced by the master, no matter if the map is r...
