I have a vague recollection of asking the same thing, and I think it turned out that there was not. I used to use time=et.trap_Milliseconds() to pick up an absolute time and then reference it in et_RunFrame when I needed a wait.

Your fast-firing akimbo script doesn't work because that exploit was fixed in etpro. As for class binds, best to check the websites of the respective mod-maker. The full list for the etpro system is here (I found the link, aren't I nice :P).
