I've tried "trigger_hurt"-entities in the fueldump-spawnprotection scripts. Problem: They can start inactive and can be activated by one team. But will then stay active. "setstate" isn't working. You could try to "alertentity" them. May be with a timer (1 or 0.5 sec.)....

My Stargate script has a number of different changes and was built on mortis's changes... Mine has incremental time stages. Allies has 15 minutes to capture the tank and are then awarded 10 additional minutes. 5 more are added for getting the obj's onto the truck. Repairing the tank gives 'Double XP...

HURT

Is it possible to script a hurt zone? And is it also possible to script it so that it only affects one team?

On some maps, I want to protect spawn areas by 'hurting' the opposing team should they enter...

Is this possible?

Bummer dude. We used to do that in MOHAA... We could spawn platforms with mounted MG's that circled the map and all kinds of other crazy stuff... If I spawn a Dinghy on the shore where the ground is not flat, how do I get the clip to be at the same angles as the Dinghy? I understand how to rotate and angle the dinghy and resize the clip (I think that's what you call the solid portion) does the clip does not angle with the dinghy. Can this be ...
