Hmm didnt for me Say i select spy, play. THen i select engineer (all from the menus), when i respawn im still a spy, altho it says i am an engineer on menu. I have to manually toggle off.

I agree, alpha menu should have the new vsays as well

I dont stop...i just use my index finger (which is my right turn which i dont use as often).

They run into problems if they choose a bani class from menu then want to return to a normal class via the same menu...opps they cant toggle it off

For spies he could have nothing there, a null i guess. What says spy better than mystery?

I have my quickchat set to alpha, it is a lot easier for me to remember
(for instance, i need a medic, its V-R-M which is Voice - Request- Medic). I noticed that i dont see the new quickchat menu tho...maybe it is not working with alpha menu

2 stabs doesnt kill a med. And i back stab sometimes...yeah its fine, but not always feasible and your proportional kills is not going to be anywhere near any other classes. Ah well, i still play one for the novelty, when its crowded, stupid people are playing and my team doesnt need me for anything...

Pretty useless. You are basically an enemy wounder . You run up, get a stab or two until they realize you are a spy and then they blast you with a machine gun. I dont see how it is a bug. Concussion can be felt thru things, sometimes even amplified by walls (ever hear bass from your nieghbor pounding your apartment but thier volume when you go over to complain isnt even loud or maybe you are that nieghbor and they complain? Vibration amplified by wall..). ...
