what's weird is that cvar is set to 2 in two different places in different config files that get executed from server.cfg, and when the server restarts, somehow it still get's set back to zero. So I just join up and manually reset it to 2.

I just updated a etpub server to etpro (it's a rental so the provider actually did it). I downloaded and installed the etpro twl config since we're competing in some tournaments.
