it will actually be simple to tell if your server is upto date or not, and whether where you are playing is uptodate, not to mention issues with the Anti cheat

Fix some duplicate guids (guids will likely change for many players because of this fix)
when you say change, are we talking one off, or, going back to the old non-fixed GUID

hmmz, very odd, xipped using winrar like i always do, but now not a single of the pk3s ive tried works.... same size and everything :|

anyways zipped it on linux and it works just great now, thanx for your help

hmmmm, it appears that winrar is the cause, ive tried a few different pk3 making sites with different combo's all work fine, ive tried unziping a standard working campaign and then reziping in winrar and no luck.... :( strange thing is, the last campaign i did was in winrar, since its my only zip ut...

six3 and nine2 were the original campaigns in the file and they worked fine, so i dont think its the start map.

1) What is the maximum download rate (from server) achievable? (i think 25000?) Supposably, sv_dl_maxrate can be set as high as 42000 bps, and this overrides both sv_maxrate and the "engine" 25000bps cap so player's can download from server at up to 42000bps. This came from the 1.4 patch ...
