Because it's not a standalone weapon like the heavy weapons. You can't pick rifle grenades from the list, it just comes along with the rifle, so you'd have to limit the rifles themselves -- and that would screw the people that prefer the rifles but never use the rifle grenades.

I've been hearing and seeing a lot of this since the PB update came out. A clan we scrim with a lot actually had to postpone a match because it kept booting everyone with that "Losing Key Packets" error. GGs PunkBuster -- let's just improve ETPro anti-cheat to the point where we don't need...

Shrub's auto-kick if more than a certain %age of the damage you do is to teammates is quite good. Unless you're a field ops on a team with nublets that love pretty colored smoke. Actually, I believe it's a property on the entity in the map itself. There's one custom out there with health cabinets that only heal 8 HP per pack. If that's the case, it's not user-editable.
