what have the maxplayers with the access to all maps do?

Hi bani, i make a second etpro server with 4 slots for only 2vs2 maps (mp_sillyctf, ctf_cothet and ctf_well). This three maps are vote able, but all other maps like railgun are vote able too. :( My suggestion was a map pool for vote able maps. For b_mapscriptdirectory would be exactly the correct. :)
