Have you reported it to Evenbalance ouroboro? (They close issues when they think they've fixed them, so you may need to do it again if you reported it before the latest update).

It does sound like this bug, so the solution should be to upgrade to 2.60b like WeblionX said.

All servers should move to 2.60b (or ETTV) regardless of the etpro version...

I'm sure we could find a hundred hosts/mirrors if necessary, but that doesn't help much unless you have a bottle of compressed time for Zinx and the other etpro devs.
