The problem isn't finding it for coding purposes, the problem is finding it on client machines - the dlls aren't stored in a predictable location, at least on Linux. ET was unable to create the virtual machine for the server gamecode. This usually means that ET couldn't load the DSO, and there's probably another (more useful) error message a bit earlier in the output.
