actually it does... reyalp was able to mute via name in semiadmin but not slot number

1. check admin_mod settings
2. are you running any .config files (such as a league config?)

shiven.net is a dns which acts just like an ip... yes it will work

thankfully it doesn't... so you'll just have to run your DDOS machine without etpro cvar restrictions

etpowermod (i know hasn't been updated in some time) is capable of this, by name, guid and/or ip

happened to me aswell, and a few other of my ref's, hence i took it off, i wish ref's and semiadmins were immune from inactivity kicks

except that ref's get kicked for spec inactivity when they're speccing a potential cheater
