Well you said it yourself, the flag is being tussled with and both teams spawn at the flag. I don't think they spawn at the same time, rather axis or allies spawns a second later at the same flag, the resulting chaos I tend to like a lot. Fixing this would result in situations that on oasis an allie...

I'd love to help test, my timezone is GMT + 1 (Europe) so I do not know if this will be a problem.
