I've stunk at all these games so far.
Here's the only one I'm decent at:
http://www.bennychow.com/pacman_redirect.shtml
And it's written in Java! lol

Hmm. Back to the subject of tournaments. If you look at my site, (even tho the numbers are off) you can see that I have the basic stats that you can collect. I even have some stats that you don't see there, I just haven't gotten around to displaying them. To track a tournament I'd need to know some ...

Thanks, I started looking into that. Unfortunately I had problems with the 1.41 SDK and had to go back to using the Java 1.3.1_07 SDK. That dosen't include regex. But that does sound more powerful. I'm testing straight replaces now and as a fallback can parse the character array of the String. I app...

Ah the bounty of the internet! If all else fails look for someone else with the same problem and rip 'em off. :P Combined with my approach I outlined earlier this should give me my answer. q3_color_html = {'0':'#00FFFF', '1':'#FF0000', '2':'#00FF40', '3':'#FFFF00', '4':'#0000FF', '5':'#00FFFF', '6':...

Here's my non-technical analysis of the situation. I need to parse thru this string like I am sitting in front of the comp playing Wolf. I enter 1 character, try to go 2 chars back, and get no go. I enter another character, try to go 2 chars back, and get a result. I check the result against a patte...

That's the kind of thing I was looking for. I wrote it in Java. I can see now that it'll need some more work. Here's what it does. 1. Takes a name 2. Checks to see if a ^ is in it, if not then wraps it with the White color font tag. 2. Else it Cycles thru the ASCII character cycle. 3. Adds a ^ befor...

See your Name in Lights! (er... HTML)
I spent some time on parsing and displaying player names from the log. Lemme tell ya it's a pain in the butt. As a result I've got a program to "colorize" name like Wolf does. If you want to see it in action go to my page and look for the RTCW Name Tester. Please try and break it! I'll be ...

Still doing some work on this. I've made some updates to my website. ( http://prylott.kicks-ass.org:8080/swat/index.html ) The new stuff is: I've set up a MySQL Database to put the data into. I've added a couple of servlets to pull and display data from the database. I've added the Source Code to th...

Update: I've got a basic parser appliation going. I'm at the point where I've got enough data analyzed to start doing something with it. The app has 5 classes in it: ParseData.java - Contains all parsing methods PlayerData.java - The player object GameData.java - The game object ServerData.java - Th...
