Budget Internet 1 & 2 are the servers where I live. :) Although people love to be the CO and Lieuts are popular, I dont seem to have a problem with allies on beach. Most people are pretty good about bein engineers at the beginning, then switching to their beloved CO or Lieutenant. I do agree tho...

maybe some recoil, but only a little. Definatly less than the shotgun i think.
