I know you can do it in OSP and in WOlf Tactics, but is there a way to have you spawn timer appear on your HUD, in Bani??

Yes (Options->View->HUD->Reinforcement Timer).

Is that for regular RTCW or for ET or some other mod?
laying regular RTCW with Bani, I do not have a HUD option under my options>view menu

OK, its quite simple. You know that button u press to check scores? Theres a reinforcement time on that. Use that in Bani..
