server stays loading and loading and dont start

bani or any one u hade this problem.
i have a server witha company and from 2 weeks to now theres a problem there and the host cant figure out whats going.
if i restart the server in security mod ,put the fuel dump map works ok for that map,but if i got in and change to another map the server changes the map and the clients stay in the loading screen and cant get in
says loading loading and nuthing..like was on a loop.
anyone knows why this hapens?
