I got an server and when someone connect's the guy must download from my pc but the hole server is lagging so i want to make a link to etpro 3.0.1 so they can download it from this site and my other maps when i put them on internet but how i do that like this link http://bani.anime.net/etpro/etpro-3_0_1.zip I want that those people download from that link how i do that???

you don't,
1. you shouldn't borrow bani's bandwith without permission
2. you have to link to the exact file (preferably on a webserver you have rights to)
