problems with my etpro server

i made a home server, but when i start the server it runs for about 3 minutes, and then i get this:
Hitch warning: 1407 msec frame time
Hitch warning: 880 msec frame time
Hitch warning: 928 msec frame time
and then it shuts down....
what can i do about it?
