I was looking "how to make a headshot in etpro" on this forums. I only found this one matching my question:

As I am noob in making mods, so I really have no ideas how to make such an addiction running in etpro 3.2.6?

All is about one thing -> you can be killed by a headshot shooting only (not once, but enough to take all of player's HP).

Please, tell me guys how much as you know. Thanks!

from the example.cfg in etpro:

// b_headshot - headshot mode
// add these values together for custom headshot modes
// 1 - headshots only
// 2 - instagib
// 4 - clients can only damage other clients
// 8 - clients can only receive damage from other clients
// default: 0 valid values: 0-15
set b_headshot 0
