Semi-Admin List Of Commands

I have a small list for my 4 levels of semi-admin controls but I am very interested in making the list exhaustive. Could someone please list every command that a semi-admin is capable of using?
Or is it just every command that rcons can use?
I think it would be a good reference list for people setting up their servers.

AFAIK you can use every rcon command. But you won't get any console feedback for them. So things commands like "status", that are only meant to give feedback, aren't of much use.

Cause rcon can do "everything" ie set cvars and stuff, even change the rconpassword can be done with rcon or changing the sa passwords or add more levels.

If in fact all of rcon can be used then ofcourse I'd rather give rcon(even though that aint happening).
My question was only for reference purposes, I wanted to know what commands were available, so "all rcon" is a good enough answer.

just curious, what is the difference between pb_sv_plist and pb_plist?

I know that anybody can do a pb_plist, so what is special about the pb_sv_plist, does it give more info or different info?

FWIW, PB has also introduced some remote admin stuff too. I haven't looked at it in detail, but thats another alternative.

yeah, they have a remote access thing... fairly effective... but very similar to the interface with All Seeing Eye
