PB problem with clan base

I (and my mates) get a PB error message when I enable Clan Base settings on my server from the following Cvars.
pb_sv_cvar r_ati_fsaa_samples in 0
pb_sv_cvar r_ati_truform_tess in 0
If I change them to 1, I get no error messages.
What exactly are these for anyhow and how do I comply with CB rules and not get kicked by PB?
