Maxlives message

Hi

On our server we are playing around with Max lives But......
every time you die and tap out you get a message saying "maxlives on this server are enabled you sure you want to tap out"
Does anyone know how to stop this from displaying ( its a pain in the ass)

The 1.02/2.56 patch added the cg_instanttapout setting on the client side (but this can't be set on the server.)

Thanks Rain that removed from the client.
But if anyone knows how to disable from the server end please help.
Also do you have a complete list of the commands, I have the standard ones and the ones from this web site

the server is not responsible for this message... the client see's that there is limited lives and automatically gives this warning... clients must disable it... admins can't
