sv_allowDownloads

I have this set to 1 but whe people try and DL it appears to lock up on the DL screen. The progress says 100% complete but nothing happens for a few minutes. If you have the patience to wait it out it eventually starts the game but most dont wait. What is happening? Anyone....anyone.

You do realize that the default setting for sv_dl_maxRate is 40000

No I didn't realize...thanks for pointing that out.

Yeah, 10 is extremely slowwwww. :/ If I connected to a server that downloaded that slow, I would be out of there.

FYI, your fallback address does nothing since www download is not enabled.
