cheatlogs

i am a total noob regarding server administration, so i'd love some clarification.

when running a league config, for example cal.config, it specifies the name of the cheatlog (CAL_SW_cheatlog). now, when i download that file and view it, i see 90% mundane crap like this:

but now and then, there will be an etpro IAC entry, such as this:

what i'm wondering is, why these sporadic /cheaters outputs? not every player is listed, only some. and usually these players appear several times.

are these cheaters?

edit: i didn't find this on my first search, honest - http://bani.anime.net/banimod/forums/vi ... php?t=3333 - that seems to answer the question, although the colored descriptors are gone in the latest etpro, which leaves things a bit vague. so, even though certain players seem to always show up (often superior players, incidentally), should they be ignored, since the league configs set b_anticheat 1 and b_cheatkicktime 1 (meaning if a known cheat was found, everybody would see them get kicked for a minute)?

if it doesn't show up cheater they are not using a known cheat... there, i believe something is different in their setup but not nessicarily a cheat

I asked that question before and it was said it's something related to paranoia... Kind of like when the police say they are looking for a person "of interest"... Not really calling them even a potential suspect, but of interest nonetheless...
