Enables RtCW rate of fire (which is faster):
set b_wolfrof "1"

Makes vehicles faster (the value is the speed multiplicator):
set b_moverscale "1"

Makes the entire game faster (moving, shooting etc., 320 is default):
set g_speed "320"

Yes it's only for movement but it would make things feel faster.

You want timescale to speed everything up.
Got any old idtech3 tutorials you made or saved? Send them my way.

You have always been able to do this in ET, but it has undesirable side effects.

Better to use b_wolfrof and g_speed.
