competition settings

i have etpro 2.0.7 on our server running (its 2.55) and we ve set up a public stopwatch server... the sw-cycle is finally running, but i want that it has the competition settings (spawntime) what must i change in the cfg to enable it?? and what have i to do to change match_readypercent to 50??
