where can i get a good server.cfg for training and wars?

umm, what do you expect from "good server.cfg"? you only need a few little cvars to set there, because on a cb/wl/xfire matches you must load a .config file on your server (which indeed overrides your server.cfg settings).

ye i have followed that turtorial already buy that server.cfg hasnt got many options like fast dowload using a redirect etc

oke i got another question.When i downloaded etpro i saw a example.config.What do i need to do with it when i edit it?Do i need to rename it?

There's an example.cfg (not .config which is something totally different)

If you are going to use it as a base for your own cfg, then you should probably rename so you don't accidentally overwrite it if you re-install etpro. You obviously need to edit it to reflect whatever settings you want to use. It is NOT a complete server config, it just has the etpro specific settings.

whatever you name it, you'll need to make the server execute it at some point, usually by adding +exec whatever.cfg in the command line.

best idea... +exec server.cfg (add that to command line)
inside your server.cfg add a line
exec etpro.cfg
and rename your example.cfg etpro.cfg
then make all your etpro specific settings the way you want
