lol, busted by etpro!
I see how they were getting in now, anyway. I guess it keeps them 60%+ out, and they gain no protection, even though they can still stick their head and shoulders in.
When I made it any larger, it stuck out the end and blocked legitimate movement. The brush itself is a tall rectangular prism, and the tank is an oval, so it wasn't a perfect fit. I measured the size in Radiant and took a guess as to where they were clipping in from. Of course, they will lose interest in the tank since they can't get inside for cover anymore.

I took the liberty of merging mortis' watertower fix and rangars' additional axis tower spawnpoints (I took the version with 4 new spawn positions). Here it is, not a big deal, just copied & pasted mortis' code and pasted it into rangars script. Tested and working well, hope it's helpful for someone.
Code: Select all

Argh! I just saw someone found a way into the water tank. I have your script running, mortis, and tested it myself. Tried to get in 'the usual way' by laying on the handrail and crawling inside which had the desired effect: I couldn't get in, just my head was inside. However, when spectating and cycling through the players, I found that someone was inside of the tank, can't tell how he got there. Maybe the playdead-way still works?

Be careful mentioning that or =FF= might try to code it in LUA .reyalP wrote:Playdead most certainly doesn't work in etpro
Our servers now run on 64 bit steroids. Point your ET to:
- Forgotten Ground StopWatch Server with occasional wolfrof 1
- Fraggle Rock ETPub Server - Mix up ET/UT & Duke Nukem

Playdead most certainly doesn't work in etpro
I run an etpub server with ETPro mapscripts.

I think I can rule out the possibility that he got there by accident for it was one guy I spotted numerous times in that tank. He must have found another way in.
