Charge bar not filled in ET Pro 3.0.1

When some attacker kills me in ET Pro 3.0.1 after respawning, the charge bar isn't fully filled as usual, it's about half of charge :/

Nope, not oops - try reading the 'example.cfg' closely - your server's admin has enabled one of the new features...

Yeah allot of people were complaing that Team's were getting killed on purpose to get a full bar. I think Bani put in an option to make the bar generate the same no matter what. Kinda like when you /kill
