Assuming it's a working aimbot someone should make sure that this player + propably clan members never play online games anymore and that counts too for the bidders imho!!

Because if you buy it from him, (if he did it by himself) and don't give it to any1, etpro/pb will never get on this cheat.

pb is searching programs runing in memory, therefor if the cheat never were public, and only the writer and the "buyer" used it, 99% he will use it w/o problem on all etpro servers.

That depends entirely on how the cheat works.... it is still possible for ETPro to stop the cheat from working, even if it is the only copy of it in exsistence.

how r they illegal?

i cant see any laws being passed in the commons saying "gamers r not allowed to use hacks"
