First Off. PB off. then 90% chance that he is cheating right there.. if your going to play on ANY server with out PB then your most likely to run into cheaters.

i play sumtimes on servers without pb doesnt make me a cheater

well there is alot of cheaters then that finish rounds with less than 10% accuracy and no kills

as alot of non pb servers r full of pr0-nubs
