console bug ??

Today i was playing on server with etpro 3.1.0 (I think) and I noticed some wird thing. When I wanted to type somthign in console it said: "unknown comand c", but i didnt type any command. So i hit "t" and write it one more time, but that didnt help. I changed server, one with etpro 3.1.9. Problem wasnt solve. Moreover my clanteammate had the same problem (i know because we was on teamspek). After a while I have been disconected with this measage:
