No, every Win98 user I know get's this guid. To me it seems like a bug in ETPro, I guess it can't read the needed HW information in Win98.

so if there were a banbyetproguid feature you could easily keep win98 players from playing

I (again ) guess that the information from the cheaters.log when he first connects could be useful (This is something i can't provide unless he connects to my server )
but maybe its rendered useless because of win98 not giving correct information. I don't know.
