cl_independentPhysics seems to be a QuakeWorld cvar, have fun using it in ET.

These cvars do not exist:
cl_lanforcerate
cl_independentphysics
cl_physfps
cl_maxfps

in etpro (and etmain and most mods), sv_fps does not exist on the client

The only thing left in your argument is com_maxfps, which indeed does exist.

Don't believe me? Run the unix/linux command 'strings' on both the et.x86 and cgame binary files and you can see for yourself.

This thread is enlightening. Apparently you can unlock new and hidden commands by putting them in the config file! Then ET recognizes them!

I tried this one today... /seta cl_omgwallhack 1 and it works, i'm betting you just have to type in a command and they work... it's all mystical
