There is no control over the cvars and cmd's, from an user perspective.
Even setting up a sever, with consideration of what cvars must be retricted is practice impossible.
Full documentation, is the right path.

also this must be what the trick jumpers use...
run futher up slopes.. and feels like this (is going to sound strange) that one can jump 2 times before takeoff.....airborn--->

Quite some time ago DG and friends put together a detailed server and cvar guide. The etpro cvars were documented on the wiki and the forums. The more contentious cvars have been discussed time and again on these forums and replied to by people who know or have referenced the source.
Full documentation is idd a very good path, which is why it has been done already :S

vendetta50.0> didn't help Poland much? that was fast... im talking about explianing cvars to alot of players on a public server.. so it spreads... 100% sure that the current lineup will know the cvars...

not to mention cmd /fu that is popular to spam the server with...at least they have /fade and /shrug ...
convincing demonstration.. yes i am aware that it takes somthing like walking in the air 2 movie to showcase something...
But that is a sad fact.
The fastest way to get things cleaned up is if everyone can see the dirt..
All cvars and commands explained by the developers.
Give the players the and server admins the best information possible.
If you think i need a rubber cell, medication and a first class kick out of the forum, fine with me... ill will not loose any sleep over that...
