CPU 2 disables at etpro

Hello, I have following problem:
I got a Intel Core Duo E8400 3Ghz processor with Windows 7 Home x64.
I use 2 cpus also in wolfenstein. All works fine incept of etpro. The second one (CPU 1) get always disabled at loading screen (of etpro) and if the map restarts (reset, etc).
I already tried to reinstall Wolfenstein, also I don't think it's because of a program I use (Task assign manager) or a rule of my comp because this only happens at etpro.
Is there a command that makes this, etpro or is it maybe my computer?
