iam happy to hear 3.1.5 is protected but i cant find any server where this is running at!! maybe bani could let us all download 3.1.5 so we all can play without those lil kids (cheaters) til 3.2.0 comes out! or is 3.1.5 so buggy???

you cna downlaod the AC for 3.10 also its should work seperated nad be updateable seperated

3.1.5 is still a bit buggy. Although 3.1.5 and 3.1.6 are available on some sites, i would not recommend using them. Plus, all players have to d/l that temporary etpro-mod which will be obsolete soon anyway. Can't take too long anymore until 3.2 i hope!?

I'm still shown as strange.

I could see eccentric, but STRANGE?

Is there a command I can use to double check the version of the .dat file I installed to make sure I updated correctly?

not many server admins will bother checking for those cvars, and even if some do, they can be changed by anybody using the cheat. fact is, the ppl who make those cheats and their closest friends will always be cheating, even if there are no public cheats available.

only way to avoid cheats is to only play at lan parties where you can see the other players' screens

hrm that just gave me an idea, lol. a sooper leet screenshot-like feature that lets you see a small picture-in-picture, like on a TV, of any other player you want, exactly as they see it. and if they make a "blackout" hack like they have for PB, u just say to others on the server "check out ETPlayer, his screen is black, kick him" and he's gone.

imagine the lag such a feature would create, heh
