Is it possible to spawn things or even people via lua?

Yes*

*depending which things you want to spawn. The details depend on what the gamecode expect. You'll have to examine what the etmain C code does for the specific things you want to spawn, and then figure out whether that can be done from lua.

You can't spawn players, but you might be able to teleport and revive them.

spawning is limited becase u cant acces certain importent functions by lua

like i tryed a goldrush mod in lua before i was able to pick up the golsd and spawn in but i had got stuck at point (cant rly remember where i went wrong lol)
