ET TV is a way to watch live match or demo's.

People connect to a server where a person is in a match as Spectator and what they are seeing is sent back to the main server so everyone can see it. It used mostly to broadcast TWL,CAL matches. Everyone can chat while they watch. It is delayed so teams can't cheat! Really cool stuff.

For a white background version of this kickass logo I'd suggest to just add another black outline. This is how it could look:

Not exactly like that though, the outline turned out to be crappy the way I did it. :)

I'd have to say that Feuersturm and Flip have the two best ones.

Well, if Flip makes his a bit bigger and relocates the Enemy Territory Television words down a bit away from the Logo's :)
