any type of kick+ban available?

is there anyway of doing a kickban for ettv? to remove players from server?

also is there any way of running pb but totally stripped ? liek no cvar checking but having players that are banned from the server kept banned?

/addip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
for adding ip to banlist

/g_banips
for viewing and/or editing current banned ips

/clientkick n t
for kicking viewer, n = number of his slot, t = time (in seconds?)
i'm not sure if this time will work, when pb is disabled
